Assurance Health System, a Senior Inpatient Psychiatric Care, tasked DAE with the total renovation of a medical office building into a 22-bed, fully self-contained Geriatric Psychiatric Hospital.

- Group Therapy
- Exam Rooms

- Ambulance Entrance
- Full Service Kitchen to supply breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- 1,000 Gallon Grease Interceptor
- Anti-ligature fixtures
- 45 Ton Cooling, natural gas/electric roof top units
- New Group 1 Fire Protection System
- Installed new restrooms
Design also included the installation of a new low voltage systems (nurse call, IT, security, fire alarm). The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design met the requirements of State and Federal Codes, Local Building codes, NFPA, and ADA.
