DAE has completed two projects for the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church. In 1997, DAE completed design for the replacement of the existing boiler for this church. In 1988, HVAC and plumbing designs for an addition to the existing building were completed, providing classroom and day care facilities. Also included was the installation of a 65-ton, chilled water, variable flow cooling system, that took into consideration the diversified church operations and minimizing operating cost.
Central Christian Church
For this historical church, built in three phases from 1892 to 1921, an initial study of the mechanical and electrical systems was completed to determine renovation needs. The areas studied include: heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution and lighting systems. In 1996, DAE completed mechanical and electrical design for installation of a boiler for this church.
St. Francis and Clare Catholic Church
DAE provided design and construction support for the new $4 million Catholic church for Archdiocese of Indianapolis. This included plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical design in the Sanctuary, auxiliary Chapel, classrooms, and administrative spaces.
