Ms. Kiger is an experienced designer of chemical and mechanical systems. Her skill set includes sales and proposals, system selection, system design, feasibility comparison, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and Contractor-Owner negotiations. She is experienced in developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), detailed design for HVAC and plumbing systems, and performance specifications for equipment and fire protection systems. Ms. Kiger is also skilled in supporting projects in the construction phase, including preparing RFI responses, attending construction progress meetings, performing field observations, developing reports, and issuing revisions, as necessary. She has two decades of experience in developing construction documents for retail and commercial spaces.
Some areas of Ms. Kiger’s specialized experience include: manufacturing/industrial facilities, tenant finishes/upgrades, distribution/logistics (warehouses, etc.), corporate offices, education facilities, and upscale restaurants.
