Morton Mansion Apartments, located in Bloomington, Indiana, will be constructed in multiple phases. The first phase is a 31,200 square foot, 16 apartment units. The design includes high efficiency air-to-air heat pumps with auxiliary electric heat, high efficient plumbing fixtures, and compact fluorescent lighting.
